About Us

Mahogany by Hand is a leading furniture supplier to all facets of the furniture trade. We have had many years of experience in creating the look, the feel and designs required to satisfy our many clients in fields such as - Interior Decorators. Architects, large Commercial Developers, Display Homes, Hotels, Retirement Villages, Upholsterers, Antique Dealer and thousands of individual domestic clients.

We specialise in understanding your requirements, and supplying you with what you want rather than trying to sell the look we want you to have. All products are specially done to order. We start with the raw product and it is up to your imagination from there.

Each piece of furniture is authentically reproduced by hand from original specifications. Most are exact copies of the original antiques & have been crafted from the finest quality 'swietania' (cuban) mahogany.

This being the most prized of all cabinet timbers. It has been fully kiln dried to prevent movement of any kind & constructed using fully hand-cut mortice and tenon joints & dovetails. In these times it is unusual to find such craftsmanship, especially at such affordable prices.
